The Gems RFI (RotorFlow® Visual Flow Indicator) is the simplest model in the RotorFlow family. It provides visual confirmation of liquid flow by means of a high-visibility rotating rotor, with no electrical output or power supply required. It is ideal where operators only need to verify that flow is present.
  • Bright visual flow indication — high-visibility rotor provides instant confirmation of flow.
  • Flow ranges from 0.1 to 60 GPM (approximately 0.38 to 227 L/min), depending on model.
  • Simple rotor principle — rotor speed provides an indication of relative flow rate.
  • No electrical power required for basic visual indication.
  • Removable bayonet-mounted lens for quick inspection and cleaning.
  • Flow can enter from either port, simplifying installation.
  • Compact inline design suitable for equipment and OEM applications.
  • Multiple port sizes from approximately 1/4″ to 1″ NPT, depending on model.
  • Multiple body materials available, including brass, 316 stainless steel and polypropylene.
  • Maximum operating pressure up to approximately 201 psi, depending on configuration.
  • Operating temperature up to approximately 100°C, depending on model.
  • Recommended 150-micron filtration to protect the rotor mechanism.
  • Suitable for cooling systems, heat exchangers, injection moulding equipment, water systems and general liquid-flow confirmation.
