The Gems FS-926E Series is a precision low-flow piston-type flow switch designed for very low liquid and gas flow detection. It incorporates a double-piston design, enabling detection of flow rates as low as 50 cc/min, making it ideal for leak detection, chemical dosing, gas sampling, and semiconductor cooling applications.
  • Ultra-low flow detection — liquid flow settings from approximately 0.05 to 0.30 L/min (50–300 cc/min).
  • Piston operating principle — a specially designed low-flow piston provides reliable switching at very low flow rates.
  • Fixed flow set point — factory-set for the required flow rate.
  • SPDT switch output — provides a changeover contact for alarm, pump protection or control applications.
  • 1/4″ NPT female process connection. BSP for Thread for FS926E model
  • Brass or 316 stainless-steel construction options.
  • High pressure capability — up to 1,000 psi operating pressure, depending on configuration.
  • ±10% set-point accuracy.
  • Compact design suitable for equipment protection and OEM applications.
  • Suitable for liquids and gases.
