Women from Putco/Larimar attended the annual Community Investment Holdings’ Women’s Networking Weekend in Magaliesburg this weekend, which was hosted by Dr Anna Mokgokong who is the CIH’s Executive Chairperson as well as board Chairperson of the Larimar Group.
Dr Mokgokong was recently bestowed with the Outstanding Leadership Award by the African Women in Business and the Regenesys Business School. She told delegates to; “Take bold decisions. Work on your mindset. You need to progress, identify your weaknesses and close the gaps. Once you’re done with that, you can raise your hand and say ‘I am ready’. If you’re just a number in the payroll, you’ll remain at the same level. Greatness is not for sissies!”
Dr Mokgokong was also in conversation with the inspirational Yvonne Maitin, founder and CEO of One Africa Capital and other honourable guests during her Roundtable Discussion on Saturday.
