Putco and Government Driver Education Campaign
Putco as well as the Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison and the Gauteng Department of Community Safety together with various stakeholders including; the Fire Fighting Department and the Road Traffic Infringement Agency, held a driver awareness workshop at Putco’s Roseville Depot this Transport Month on 24 and 25 October 2023. This as part of continuous efforts to reduce road accidents. The number of serious accidents involving or caused by Putco buses has declined over the years due to such joint educational campaigns and monitoring driver behaviour on the road through four on-board cameras inside our buses.
